Incredible and great breakfast, reasonably priced food. Quiet room, exceptionally comfortable bed, free parking. Marvellous, magnificent location to tne nearest pub. And near beach and town, Skegness for one night and the market.

Has clean restaurant.
It offers magnificent, unbeatable location. Moreover, it's not too far away from Seacroft Golf Club. Great, fantastic breakfasts, everyone can find something.

The breakfast offered a great selection of fabulous meals. I got reasonably large and well stocked room with a patio. The hotel was in a lovely location near the beach or the centre of town, quiet residential area with local SPAR and the centre.

Lovely, 3-star hotel with excellent staff and excellent wifi. Well-kept rooms & clean bathrooms. Fantastic, great breakfasts with local Lancashire sausages. Easy to get to, quiet and lovely location right by the centre and the beach.

Helpful and excellent staff, it was lovely stay.
Good-sized rooms and coffee, a TV, and a hair dryer included. I liked the delicious and fantastic breakfast, offered by the hotel. The location seemed particularly good and ideal to everything I wanted to do in Skegness.
